ENTRIES: Closing date Wednesday 4th June 2008. ENTRY FEE: £20.00 Cheques payable to BikeTrial. The first 100 entries are assured a ride, if places remain entries will be accepted on the day at the Secretary's discretion. Entries to be addressed to the Secretary of the Meeting and must enclose the entry fee and a stamped, self-addressed envelope. Any cancellation of entry must be received 24 hours prior to the event.

This event is the third round of the UK National Biketrial Championship 2008 and will be run according to the Biketrial rules as reproduced on the website www.biketrialuk.co.uk. A printed copy can be obtained from the Event Secretary. Please ensure you have a thorough knowledge of the Rules for Riders section.

DECLARATION: I, the undersigned apply to enter the event described above and in consideration thereof:-
* I hereby declare that I have had the opportunity to read, and that I understand the BikeTrial Rules, and Supplementary Regulations as have or may be issued for the event, and agree to be bound by them.
* I further declare that I am physically and mentally fit to take part in the event and am competent to do so.
* I confirm that I understand the nature and type of event I am entering and its inherent risks and agree to accept the same notwithstanding that such risks may involve negligence on the part of the organisers or officials.
* I confirm that the bicycle as described below which I compete on shall be suitable and proper for the purpose.
* I agree that I am required to register my arrival by signing-on at the designated place not less than 30 minutes prior to commencement of my practice or first competition, whichever occurs first.
* I have paid the entry fee of £20 through PayPal to Trial_Entry@biketrialuk.co.uk
Acknowledgement of the risks of the sport: I understand that by taking part in this event I am exposed to a risk of death, becoming permanently disabled or suffering some other serious injury and I acknowledge that even in the event that negligence on the part of the organiser, the promoter, the organising club, the venue owner, or any individual carrying out duties on their behalf were to be a contributory cause of any serious injury I may suffer, the dominant cause of any serious injury will always be my voluntary decision to take part in a high risk activity.

DIRECTIONS TO THE NEVIS RANGE, FORT WILLIAM:-
7 miles north of Fort William off the A82 to Inverness. Post code PH33 6SW. The event will be signposted for BikeTrial at the turnoff, but the Nevis Range is well signposted.

ACCOMMODATION:-
This beautiful area of Scotland is well-known as a winter skiing and snowboarding resort, and in the summer the venue for an amazing downhill biking track as well as mountain biking, and walking, complete with a gondola up the mountainside. Why not make a holiday out of the event! Information can be found on www.nevisrange.co.uk. Campsites and B&B's are plenty. The local Tourist Information Centre can be contacted on 01397 703781.
